Why should I pick Pinnacle Custom Homes as my builder?

Our top priority at Pinnacle Custom Homes is to keep our clients satisfied throughout the building process–from design to construction to move-in. We know how important your home is to you, which is why we bet our reputation on each and every house. That's why David Scoggins, the owner of Pinnacle, is there to help you every step of the way.

Will Pinnacle Custom Homes build on my lot?

Yes, if you own your own lot, we will be happy to meet with you to discuss a construction project on your property.

What if I don't own a lot yet?

We also maintain relationships with local realtors and developers who can assist you in finding the perfect location for your new home.

If I don’t have construction plans, can you connect me with an architect?

Whether you have your own construction plans or not, Pinnacle Custom Homes will be glad to work with you to develop plans that best suit your needs. We have several architectural and design firms that we highly recommend, which we can cater to the budget and service/interaction you want from an architect.

Where do you typically build?

Primarily the Georgetown area, but Pinnacle has built homes in Texas from Horseshoe Bay to the Bluebonnet Trail area near Brenham.

How often are you at the job site?

We are on site at least three times per day, though this can vary depending on the amount of activity taking place on any given day. More importantly, we will be happy to meet you at the job site at your convenience.

How do you pick your subcontractors?

Our goal is to provide you with the most cost-efficient home without sacrificing quality in the process. While price is certainly a factor, the two aspects that we consider to be the most important: 1) the ability to interact and communicate with the client, and 2) responsiveness in servicing their work after move-in.

What is the typical price range of Pinnacle homes?

Generally, most of our homes are in the $600,000 to $1.2-million price range. However, we consider it an honor to be chosen as anyone’s builder, regardless of price. We know it takes a tremendous amount of trust to pick a builder, and that’s something we never take lightly.

What is the cost per square foot of a Pinnacle Home?

While that question is asked frequently, it is almost impossible to answer without sitting down with you and talking about your expectations. Ultimately, our commitment to providing cost-efficient, high quality service means that we are always very competitive in the marketplace.

Can I make changes during construction?

We’re more than just open to adjustments, we expect them. Changes are common in the custom home process, and all of our subcontractors are willing to work with you to make sure your house becomes your dream home.

How will I be involved during construction?

We’d like for you to be involved every step of the way as match, because the communication and dialogue with you helps us bring your vision to life. If your schedule doesn’t allow us to meet on weekdays, we will be happy to meet you at the job site on a weekend.

Can I schedule a tour of a Pinnacle home?

Yes. We have built a wide variety of home styles over the course of the last three decades, so we can easily set up for a tour of a home that is most similar your style and budget. In fact, this is an important part of the budget process because it allows us both to have a visual reference point of the same product.
